UPSM Schools are accepting applications now for 6th, 7th, 8th and 9th grade students for the 2010-2011 school year.
Open Enrollment Dates December 5th-February 5th. However, we are still accepting applications.

Once your application is complete, you may:
- Drop it off at the front desk: UPSM Middle School, 5100 John R, Detroit, MI 48202
- We do not recommend faxing applications, however, if you choose to fax (313) 833-4816 or mail, please call the administrative office to verify receipt (313) 832-8400.

Mandatory Middle & High School Orientations for accepted students will be scheduled:

Students will take a reading and math assessment test and parents will be able to receive and have assistant with your child’s final enrollment paperwork.
Attention: parents if your child has been accepted for the Fall 2010 school year you must submit your PSAD School Declaration form by May 25, 2010. PSAD School Declaration Form
